Puppy school 🏫
Age Group: 3 to 5 months old. The Focus: Foundation Building & Problem Prevention
Give your puppy the best start in life before bad habits can take root. This class focuses on building a cooperative relationship, introducing essential boundaries, and teaching clean foundation mechanics in a controlled, positive environment.

What They Will Learn & Why It Matters:
The "Sit" & "Down" Mechanics: Building rapid, reliable positions using clean marker mechanics.
Foundation Recall: Teaching your puppy that coming back to you is the best game in the world, preventing runaway behavior later in life.
Intro to Loose Lead Heelwork: Establishing the correct position by your side before they learn to pull.
Place Work ("Go to Bed"): Teaching your pup an "off-switch" so they learn to settle calmly while you cook dinner or relax.
The "Leave It" Command: Building early impulse control around food and items on the floor.
🚀Teenage Turnaround (Juniors)
Age Group: 6 to 11 months old. The Focus: Dealing with Adolescence & Heavy Distractions
As dogs hit adolescence, hormones surge, boundaries are tested, and selective hearing kicks in. This class takes everything learned in Puppy School and adds real-world proofing. We teach your junior dog that they must still listen to you, even when the environment gets exciting.

Leveling Up the Difficulty:
Sit & Down: Adding the next level up, time to take these basic positions and apply them further! Can your dog hold a down stay for 1 minutes? Come to teenage turnaround and let's work together on it!
Recall foundation furtherance! Your dog will learn to practice their recall around increasing difficulty of distractions, learning to recall away from a stranger fussing your dog and away from another dog! Why it's with it: This vital education begins to build understanding that "here" means here! In a world full of temptations this is a key skill to owning a well behaved pooch!
Heelwork Passing Drills: Moving past the foundation phase. Your dog will practice strict loose-lead walking while performing passing drills directly past 1 dog and owner.
Why it’s worth it: Stops your dog from lunging, whining, or pulling the moment they spot another dog on a walk.
"Go to Bed" with Social Distractions: Proving the "Place" command while high-value distractions—like a stranger walking past them, clapping, or dropping a toy—occur right in front of them.
Why it’s worth it: Keeps your dog calmly on their bed when visitors arrive at your front door, rather than jumping all over them.
Advanced Impulse Control ("The Emergency Drop"): Leveling up the "Leave It" command by introducing moving or forbidden items, such as a simulated pill drop or dropped kitchen scraps.
Why it’s worth it: A literal life-saver if you drop harmful medication, chocolate, or chicken bones on the floor.

The Focus: Precision Obedience & Real-World Reliability

Sit & Down: Adding the next level up, time to take these basic stays and apply them further! It's time to add further distractions! Can your dog sit and wait patiently at the door or while another dog passes you on a walk? Come to advanced adolescents and let s work on it together!
The "Walk-Away" Stay & Distant Control: Asking your dog for a Sit or Down, walking up to 20 paces away, and having them hold that position while other dogs train around them.
Proofed Recall under Competing Motivators: Calling your dog away from high-value distractions, like a moving toy, a running person, or another dog mid-play. Why it’s worth it: Gives you total off-lead freedom and peace of mind knowing your dog will turn on a dime and return to you, no matter what is happening.
Heelwork Passing Drills: Your dog will practice strict loose-lead walking while performing passing drills directly past multiple other dogs and owners! Simulating those lovely walks at busy places preparing your pooch for those dreamy holidays at the beach.
